Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd., founded in 1999, is a financially strong, large-scale integrated real estate company with its headquarters located in Shenzhen.

The Group focuses on urban development and operation. Our real estate business covers the planning, development and operation of large-scale residential properties and integrated commercial properties. Our real estate business delivered remarkable performance in the Pearl River Delta region following the successful roll-out of several reputable properties. Our business covers Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhuhai and other cities in the Pearl River Delta, and has been extended to other major cities nationwide, such as Shanghai and Jiangyin in the Yangtze River Delta region, Chengdu in the Chengdu-Chongqing region and Changsha in the Central China region. With an annual development size of nearly 3 million square meters, the Group has established a business portfolio and a property brand with strong core competitiveness.

Kaisa has received a number of honors in its ten years of rapid development: between 2006 and 2008, the Group’s subsidiary Shenzhen Branch ranked second for three consecutive years in the overall qualification accreditation of real estate developers conducted by Shenzhen Municipal Committee of Planning and Land Resources; between 2005 and 2009, Kaisa was rated for five consecutive years among the top ten real estate enterprises in terms of brand value in southern China, with its brand value rising to RMB1.236 billion; and between 2008 and 2009, the Group was rated for two consecutive years among the top ten in operational efficiency in top 100 real estate enterprises in China. Its development projects have received a number of awards such as the “International Garden Community” award.
